A REINFORCEMENT, NOT JUST A TREAD.
The Endless T-Bone reshapes the internal steel link from a flat plate into a continuous T-section that runs the full length of the track. The result: more ground contact area, more traction per link, and a smoother ride on the same machine.

Steel links span the full lug width without interruption, so the bottom of the track is always in contact with the surface. Zero break-points means less vibration, smoother travel, and longer cab-life on the machine.

The "T" cross-section bridges the lug at its center, forcing load to spread across both shoulders instead of cracking at the rail-line. More usable contact area = more traction per pound of machine.

Each tread lug rides its own steel link rather than sharing one. Individual lugs flex independently across uneven ground — the entire pattern conforms to terrain instead of fighting it.
THE LUG SHAPE IS THE WHOLE GAME.
Our S'Wave tread pattern distributes contact load across two staggered lug bodies per link — labeled A and B in the diagram. The wave geometry pushes more rubber into the contact surface, recovering ground-contact area lost in conventional block-tread designs.

The combined contact patch of an S'Wave A+B lug pair equals or exceeds the patch of a single conventional Block (1C) lug, and beats a center-spar Diamond (1D) lug by 3 % per link.
Measured on the SRJ Field Test Track using the same New Holland skid steer, S'Wave delivers 21–36 % more traction per link versus competing pattern families.
One large continuous block per link. Loses contact area in turns; chunks at lug edges.
Single diamond per link with center spar. Higher rolling stiffness but only one strike point.
Two staggered lugs per link, wave-form connection. Highest contact-area per link in independent benchmarks.
THE DRIVE INTERFACE, RE-ENGINEERED.
Most rubber tracks live or die at the rail — where the steel link meets the machine's drive sprocket. Our diamond-rail geometry maintains a deliberate 2–3 mm tolerance gap at the contact point, reducing micro-chatter against the sprocket and preventing premature wear on both the track and the drivetrain.

PATENT NUMBERS YOU CAN VERIFY.
Every patent listed on this page is real, granted, and searchable on the public registry of the issuing patent office. We list them not because we want to boast — we list them so you can confirm what's engineered into the track riding under your machine.
Combine these three patented technologies with our ISO 9001 quality system and ARDL-validated compound, and you get the spec sheet that has made HiQual the OEM choice for several of the world's largest compact-equipment brands.
