Straight-bar patterns run smooth on dry ground and roads. The stepped ES family is our patented deep-mud lug: taller, with a step that sheds mud on every rotation.
WHY THE ES LUG DOESN'T CLOG
Three ideas, one tread. Design patents granted in the USA, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Colombia and Vietnam. Published in India and Peru, pending in Ecuador.
Up to 50 mm tall with a stepped flank. The step breaks the suction of wet soil, so the lug pulls free instead of carrying a block of mud around.
Open channels in all four directions let mud and water escape as the track rolls, keeping the tread biting and the undercarriage lighter.
Lugs overlap along the track so there is always rubber on the ground: less vibration, a smoother ride and even wear on the roller path.

Pick the make, then the model. Every size, tread pattern, weight, carcass and lug height is listed, with pricing and stock for trade accounts.
Reading a size: 450 x 49 x 90 = width (mm) x number of links x pitch (mm). Part numbers end with the tread code, e.g. 450x49x90ESS.
CHALLENGER MT700 & MT800
