Track Rollers
Track rollers carry the full weight of the machine and distribute it evenly along the track chain. Sealed-and-lubricated bottom rollers ride on the lower run of the track, while top (carrier) rollers support the upper run and keep it from sagging. Worn rollers cause uneven track wear, vibration, and reduced operator comfort.

Sprockets
Sprockets transfer power from the final drive to the track chain, propelling the machine forward and reverse. Their teeth mesh with the track links under high load — worn or mismatched sprockets round off, slip, and accelerate wear on the entire track chain. Replacing sprockets together with tracks is the most cost-effective approach.
Key Features
Idlers
Front idlers guide the track around the front of the undercarriage and work with the recoil spring to maintain proper track tension. They absorb shock from rough terrain and keep the track aligned. A worn idler causes the track to mistrack, jump teeth, or come off entirely — especially on side slopes.
