BUCKET TEETH THAT
HOLD THEIR EDGE.
Point teeth, adapters and pins for CAT, Hensley, ESCO, H&L, Bobcat, Komatsu and Deere buckets — cast to 477–534 BHN and Charpy-tested on every production lot. Type the part number you already know, or your machine, and get the complete set.
THREE PARTS. ONE BITE.
The shank (adapter) is welded or bolted to the cutting edge, the point tooth slides over the shank's nose, and a pin locks the two. The point is the part that wears — so it is pinned, not welded, and carries the hardest steel.

Weld-on or bolt-on shank sized to the cutting-edge lip — 3/4″, 7/8″, 1″, 1-1/4″ up to 3″.
The wear part. Replaced in minutes with a hammer and a pin — no welding on the job site.
Flex pin, roll pin or pin + retainer, depending on the family. Ours is patented (US 9,840,829).

Point and shank in one casting that bolts straight to the edge — the mini-excavator and skid-steer favorite (CAT 301–304, 132-4720).

THE NUMBERS MATTER.
Cheap teeth blunt and wear out fast. A point tooth at 477–534 BHN keeps its sharp profile through severe terrain; a weld-on shank at 36 ft·lbf stays weldable without nose washout or brittle weld cracks that drop teeth in the field.
In December 1997 SRJ became the first offshore-based supplier to meet the Charpy impact and Brinell hardness requirements of major American OEMs. We still inspect every production lot.

| Bolt-on shank greater structural rigidity | Hardness | 340 – 430 BHN | 220 – 260 BHN |

| Weld-on shank ultimate nose protection | Hardness | 270 – 340 BHN | 200 – 240 BHN |

THE RIGHT SHAPE FOR THE GROUND.
Same pocket, same pin — a different nose for a different job. Every CAT J family and most Hensley sizes come in these profiles.

General digging — the default tooth on most buckets. Most wear metal for the money.

Extra wear metal for high-hour excavators in abrasive sand and gravel.

Clean-up and grading in soft material — a smooth floor with fewer teeth.

Narrow nose that self-sharpens as it wears — trenching and compacted fill.
